25.2011, Conceptual Drawings and Budget - November thru December. Project Design approval by CATS and PaTS; 2.17.2012. Project Launch 3.19.2012. Project completed 5.15.2012. This project required 132 utility locate tickets, and 30 work request site reviews by Facilities Management utility crews and shops.
